[RFE] Add search filter for lifecycle_environment to Satellite view of Red Hat Insights

Issue

• The view at "Configure -> RH Cloud -> Insights" shows all Satellite hosts that are connected to Red Hat Insights.
• This view currently lacks any filtering capabilities besides a search for hostname, making it difficult to efficiently display and manage specific hosts.
• Filters based on Lifecycle Environments, Host Groups, or Host Collections would make it easier to narrow down the displayed hosts.
