Unable to enable RBAC with RHDH

Issue

We have configured Github App authentication and seems to be working. Our next step was to incorporate RBAC with this auth. I enabled the dynamic plugin for RBAC, added an admin user to the app-config.yaml including the plugins with permissions. But when I log out and back in I receive a message that my user is not in the catalog.

How can we achieve this?
