Does Observability Operator collect CPU and Memory metrics for opt-in metric collection?
Issue
- We would like to use Cluster Observability Operator to enable users to "opt-in" to collecting metrics and using RemoteWrite to send those metrics to an external monitoring solution
- Users can create a MonitoringStack to collect their application's custom metrics, however, we do not see "default" OpenShift/Kubernetes metrics like CPU and Memory
- Does the observability operator capture
kube-state-metrics?
