Issue
- revision-pruner-pods are failing.
- oc get pod command shows 'Error' status for revision-pruner-pods
- The container log show the following message:
F0224 12:48:31.337715 1 cmd.go:46] strconv.Atoi: parsing "*": invalid syntax
