Is a Second DNS Operator Instance Supported in ARO?
Issue
- Is it supported to deploy a second DNS operator instance in ARO?
- Upgrade is failing because the DNS operator is in progressing = unknown state. All the DNS pods appear to be running without any errors or notable events in the openshift-dns namespace.
