QEMU guest agent is not configured message on Windows 2022 VM
Issue
The virsh qemu-agent-command fails with the following error on the Windows 2022 VM
virsh qemu-agent-command test '{"execute": "guest-info"}'
error: argument unsupported: QEMU guest agent is not configured
The qemu-ga agent is installed on the VM.
