Windows Virtual Machine migrated using "diskBus: scsi" fails to boot
Issue
- Windows Virtual Machine migrated to OpenShift fails to boot if the disk bus is set to SCSI.
- Windows fails to boot with "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" blue screen.
