Graph/Interface where visible the Loki MemberList/ring status and option of forget Loki members in RHOCP 4

Issue

• It's needed a graph or interface for reviewing the Loki memberlist and the ring status and being able to forget an Instance from the Ring
• It does not exist an interface where it's possible to review the Loki MemberList and the ring status at the same time that able to forget an instance from the Loki Ring
