syslog is flooded with messages "ERROR:ceph-crash:directory /var/lib/ceph/crash/posted does not exist; please create"
Issue
- The
/var/log/messagesfile is getting flooded with either of the following error messages:
ERROR:ceph-crash:directory /var/lib/ceph/crash/posted does not exist; please create
ERROR:ceph-crash:Error scraping /var/lib/ceph/crash: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/lib/ceph/crash'
