[RHOCP 4] Load Balancer Type Service showing discrepancies in the web console while CLI displays the IP

Issue

When running oc get service on the CLI, the service shows the correct status along with the IP address and port numbers. However, when checking the same service in the OpenShift Web Console, it displays the service in a "Pending" state.
