Assisted Installer - Unable to add worker nodes via console.redhat.com

Issue

  • Adding a node using assisted-installer on console.redhat.com is failing
  • Node in the Host Discovery shows "Error 0/5"
  • agent.log shows the following error:

...warning msg="Sending step <install-xxxxxxx> reply output <> error <podman pull was timed out after 30 seconds> exit-code <2>" file="step_processor.go:76"...
