Unable to integrate EAP 8 management console with RHBK 26 OIDC provider

Issue

• Integrating EAP management console with RHBK 26 never redirects the management console to RHBK oidc provider and the screen remains stuck on a blank white screen.
• Observing HTTP 404 error for RHBK_URL/js/keycloak.js when attempting to access EAP management console. It results in blank white screen instead of request redirecting to RHBK.
