Unexpected response issues from tags after updating to EAP 7.4.19+ or 8.0.5+

Issue

• We have some requests hitting JSPs with tags that throw exceptions in some circumstances. After updating to EAP 7.4.19+ or 8.0.5+, we start to see a much wider impact. After exception occurrences, other requests/users continue to see response issues well after the exception occurrences and without any other error logged.
