[RHOCP 4] Image pull in the namespace is using from node IP instead of egressIP
Issue
- Image pull in the namespace is using node IP instead of egressIP.
- Even though the egress IP is assigned to the namespace, the image pulled by the pods during the pod creation utilizes the node IP.
