Image submitted for certification stuck at "Queued for scan" in Quay.io for hours

Issue

  • After submitting an operator for certification with the Kubernetes community operators, the pull request was successfully merged. However, the operator image failed to be scanned on Quay.io.
  • The status of the operator has been stuck in Queued status for at least 16 hours.

  • Red Hat Quay.io
