Issue

apachectl graceful reports:

Job for httpd.service failed.

journalctl --no-pager -u httpd.service includes

systemd[1]: Reloading The Apache HTTP Server.
httpd[3052]: (98)Address already in use: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
httpd[3052]: no listening sockets available, shutting down
httpd[3052]: AH00015: Unable to open logs
httpd[3052]: httpd not running, trying to start
systemd[1]: httpd.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=1
