Yum/DNF does not update packages due to modular filtering on RHEL servers
Issue
- Unable to list/install package from a repository.
- The
yum updateordnf updatecommand returns Nothing to do, even when a newer package version is available. - Packages are being filtered out due to modular filtering, preventing updates from non-default repositories.
