MTC - Namespace discovery takes forever to finish while creating a migration plan

Issue

• When I attempt to create the migration plan, I'm unsure why the namespaces discovery has been running for hours. I tried canceling the process and re-adding the cluster, but that wasn't helping.
• The below error is observed in the migraton-controller pod:
