NFSv3 mount with auto-negotiation timed out earlier than RHEL7.8
Issue
When we tried to NFSv3 mount with auto-negotiation, we detected the timeout behavior changed since RHEL 7.9.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.0 - 9.5
- NFS server provides NFSv3 only
