re-registering a system to Satellite 6.16 fails with 410 Gone error
Issue
Trying to re-register a system to Satellite 6.16, the register attempt fails with 410 Gone error in several call flows.
We usually clean all local system and subscription data prior the re-register (subscription-manager clean)
