Creating Bootdisk Fails Foreman Exception ERF42-8203

Issue

• When creating a bootdisk image with command:

  # hammer bootdisk host --full=1 --host <hostname>
  
  Receive the following error:
  Failed to download host disk image:
    ERF42-8203 [Foreman::Exception]: Ensure `/var/lib/tftpboot/grub2/shimx64.efi` is readable (or update "Grub2 directory" setting)
