[Squid] After certificate renewal Not serving Updated SSL Certificate

Squid Proxy Not Listing Updated Expiry Date correctly as per
openssl-s_clientoutput. -
After updating the ssl_bump certificates there was anomalies from squid end while showing certificates.

/var/spool/squid/ssl_dbhaving old certificate and after removing it there was no more old certificate being served
