Issue

The subscription-manager command fails to perform any operation and returns the below error.

# subscription-manager register
Bad product certificate: /etc/pki/product-default/479.pem: [asn1 encoding routines] too long

On RHEL 7, the below error is seen.

# subscription-manager repos --list
System certificates corrupted. Please reregister.
