Enable delayed-compaction feature flag on Platform and UWM Prometheuses
Issue
- The compaction activity in the Platform and user-workload-monitoring Prometheus runs every 2 hours simultaneous causing an impact in the shared resources
- Is it possible to modify or delay the the compaction start time in the Prometheus pods?
