"fapolicyd-cli --file add" crashes with "Segmentation fault"

Issue

  • When executing fapolicyd-cli --file add <dir>, the command crashes, as shown in the example below

    # fapolicyd-cli --file add /opt/splunkforwarder/ --trust-file splunk
    [ ERROR ]: cannot open /opt/splunkforwarder/var/run/cli.socket
    Segmentation fault (core dumped)
