A backend service [ Candlepin ] is unreachable after doing a fresh install of Satellite 6.16 on RHEL 9.5

Issue

  • After installing Red Hat Satellite 6.16.0 on top of RHEL 9.5 OS, The WebUI is unavailable and hammer ping returns the following error about candlepin.
