[MTV] Filesystem corruptions after warm migrating a VM from VMware to OpenShift Virtualization

Issue

  • After doing a warm migration of a VM with MTV from VMware to OpenShift Virtualization, the VM fails to mount some filesystems due to corruptions.
  • Guest XFS filesystems report errors of the type: Metadata has LSN (X:Y) ahead of current LSN (X:Y)
