Why importer pods are failing to start while using OVN secondary network as transfer network for Migration ToolKit for Virtualization?

Issue

• While using OVN secondary network NAD as transfer network for Migration Toolkit for Virtualization(MTV), the CDI importer pod fails to start with following error:
