CamelK: Building Kit status goes to Error "unable to find integration container"

Issue

• The Camel K integration suddenly ends with an error message

Building Kit status goes to Error: "error":"error during trait customization: unable to find integration container: my-integration-name". 

• The error is not related to the integration Camel source, because it builds, compiles and runs es expected on other environments
• The pod from the integration my-integration-name is never generated
