[Satellite 6]Pulp redis connection issue

Issue

• Pulps3 in failed state while running hammer ping from the Satellite server.

  Pulp3:            
  Status:          FAIL
  Server Response: Message: Pulp redis connection issue at https://satellite.example.com/pulp/api/v3.
  

• /var/log/messages getting filled with the below errors.
