Pods in the namespace "openshift-azure-logging" are in error after cluster upgrade

Issue

  • After cluster upgrade, the pods in the namespace openshift-azure-logging appear as CrashLoopBackOff or in Error:

    $ oc get pods -n openshift-azure-logging
