Issue

  • Application pods are stuck in ContainerCreating state due to NFS mount issues,

    4m          Warning   FailedMount     pod/<>                 Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[task-pv-logs], unattached volumes=[], failed to process volumes=[]: timed out waiting for the condition

  • Multiple stale mounts are present on the nfs client from the affected NFS server, which were lazy unmounted.
