Broadcom NetXtreme-E network interfaces are down after reboot.

Issue

  • Whenever the system is rebooted, the BCM57416 network interface cards go down just one second after being brought up and initialized.
  • After every reboot, Broadcom NetXtreme-E network interfaces are down.
