OAuth applications and tokens do not exist after migrating from Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 to 2.5

- After migration from Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) 2.4 to 2.5, the OAuth Applications do not exist.
- OAuth Applications are not migrated automatically.
