Prometheus error where segments are not sequential in RHOCP 4

Issue

• Prometheus pod is in crashLoopBackOff with an error indicating that segments are not sequential:

  $ oc logs -c prometheus <prometheus pod name> -n <namespace> |grep -i "segments are not sequential"
