Logging Collection Dashboard doesn't exist after upgrading from Logging 5.8 to 5.9 RHOCP4
Issue
- The Cluster Logging Operator was upgraded from 5.8 to 5.9 and the
Logging / CollectionDashboard is not in the list of OpenShift Dahboards
