Why does the command `pcs dr status` fail with unknown command 'status.full_cluster_status_plaintext' ?

Issue

  • After freshly configuring a disaster recovery cluster following the steps in the official documentation, it fails with the following errors:

    [root@fastvm-rhel-9-4-21 ~]# pcs dr status
    Error: fastvm-rhel-9-4-21: Unknown command 'status.full_cluster_status_plaintext'
    Error: fastvm-rhel-9-4-22: Unknown command 'status.full_cluster_status_plaintext'
    Error: fastvm-rhel-9-4-23: Unknown command 'status.full_cluster_status_plaintext'
    Error: fastvm-rhel-9-4-24: Unknown command 'status.full_cluster_status_plaintext'
    --- Local cluster - Primary site ---
    Error: Unable to get status of the cluster from any node
    
    --- Remote cluster - Recovery site ---
    Error: Unable to get status of the cluster from any node
    Error: Unable to get status of all sites
