[RHOCP] Changed firstname and lastname in freeipa but the change is not being synchronized in openshift

- Using freeipa to manage users in Red Hat Openshift Container Platform (RHOCP 4.x)
- After changing the firstname and lastname in freeipa, the change is not being synchronized in RHOCP
