Issue

  • Unable to mount volume after cluster upgrade with below error:

    Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[volume], unattached volumes=[volume], failed to process volumes=[]: timed out waiting for the condition
AttachVolume.Attach failed for volume "pvc-name" : rpc error: code = Internal desc = failed to set keepAfterDeleteVm control flag for VolumeID "vol-ID"
