In RHEV, where does CPU load for a given Virtual Machine come from?

Issue

Users are not able to see the same VM CPU Load data as in Administration Portal when checking inside VM operating system using regular tools.

Example:

  • Admin. Portal / Virtual Machines / vm01 / CPU Load: 4%
  • vm01 Operating System:
