Kdump over NFS hangs when PCIe PTM support is enabled in the network driver (igc)
Issue
- The kdump kernel hangs and fails to generate vmcore on NFS if
PCIe PTMsupport is enabled in the network driver (igc).
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10
- kexec-tools
- Intel Ethernet controller:
I225/I226 - Network driver (
igc) with PCIe PTM support enabled
