Update expiring SSL certificate in overcloud public endpoints
Issue
- Custom SSL certificate used on the overcloud public endpoints is expiring
- Running a complete overcloud deploy in an environment with hundreds of overcloud nodes takes hours to complete, while the change is only required in the Controller nodes

- Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) 17.1
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) 16.2
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) 16.1
- Custom SSL certificate used (procedure not applicable for TLSe environments)
