Authenticating IPA users in Satellite WEB-UI fails with Error "Failed to create external User 'test-user': E-Mail is invalid"

Issue

• Authentication of IPA users on the Red Hat Satellite server fails with an invalid email error

• The following error can be observed in the /var/log/foreman/production.log file on the Red Hat Satellite server.
