How to delete external snapshots in RHEL 8
Issue
- A VM running in a RHEL 8 KVM hypervisor has several external snapshots.
- We want to delete the snapshots, but
virsh snapshot-deletesays that deleting external disk snapshots is not supported.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.x
- KVM Virtual Machine with external snapshots
