Issue

When using the Migration Toolkit for Runtimes (MTR) plugin in IntelliJ IDEA, if you encounter issues after clicking Run Analysis, and the Console (MTR) displays an error:

Using Java at C:(Program Files(Java)jre1.8.0_191
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Unrecognized option: --add-modules=java.se
