Collector pods are not created in MultiCLF when application namespace contains word kube or openshift in RHOCP4

After creating a Multi ClusterLogForwarder (MultiCLF) when an application namespace containing the work
kubeoropenshift, the messages below appear in the instance:message: insufficient permissions on service account, not authorized to collect ["infrastructure"] logs -
Collector pods are not deployed using a MultiCLF feature.
