OpenshiftSDN to OVN-Kubernetes migration stuck after last step of rebooting nodes

Issue

• SDN to OVN migration seems to have been completed correctly, however connections are failing between pods, few clusterOperators are stuck in degraded state, even though all nodes are in Ready state
• Login is no longer possible.
• Only SSH to the nodes is possible.
• Pods look to be using incorrect IPs.
