Unable to login Admin Portal with the message "Signed in successfully"
Issue
Just after APImanager has been installed by the operator, I tried to login Admin Portal with the user and password which are set in secret system-seed.
Authentication with these should succeed, but login form keeps displaying with the message "Signed in successfully" and it never move to Admin Portal top page.
