Communication with pods becomes unresponsive when client port is 22623 or 22624

Issue

• When communicating with a pod, if the client's source port number is 22623 or 22624, the communication becomes unresponsive.
• This issue did not occur in versions prior to 4.15, but started happening after upgrading to 4.16.
