The Update Content Counts task refreshes statistics for all repositories even though only a subset has changed after Red Hat Capsule synchronization

Issue

• In the Satellite WebUI, under Infrastructure -> Capsules, clicking on Capsule Name and then the Content tab displays incorrect data about the content added to the capsule server

• The Content Counts task responsible for updating counts across Capsule is time-consuming and inefficient

• The Content Counts task runs asynchronously with each Capsule sync and can lead to bottlenecks if network constraints exist between Satellite and the Capsule
